Let's go outside! This nature-focused, weeklong camp offers a sample of summertime adventures. As a pilot program, we’ll be testing out new activities and exploring the outdoors as much as possible. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move inside Derby Downs.

Hit the field this season with our Coed, Men's or Women's Adult Softball Leagues! With back-to-back double header games plus a competitive double-elimination tournament to cap it all off, 2026 offers tons of time at the plate. Open to all skill levels, this league is the perfect blend of fun and competition.

The Penguin Project™ is a national non-profit organization dedicated to providing theatrical opportunities for differently abled individuals, setting the stage for fun & acceptance for young individuals with different abilities. Each artist (11 - 17) is partnered with a peer mentor (11 - 17), who assists them throughout the rehearsal process and performs alongside their artists. Register to be an artist or mentor today!

This course teaches kids essential survival skills like building shelter, tying knots, starting campfires safely, finding water, and basic navigation. Perfect for young adventurers ready to journey into the wild!

Step Up to the Plate with Valpo Parks Challenger Baseball League! An adaptive sports program for athletes ages 5 - 22 with physical or intellectual challenges. The league focuses on building confidence and skills both on and off the field, while teaching baseball fundamentals like throwing, catching, and hitting. Beyond the game, players will learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and the value of connecting with fellow athletes in a supportive community. Some travel required.

These fun and supportive sessions focus on foundational techniques like balance, turning, and pushing, while also introducing tricks and park etiquette for more experienced skaters.
