Loomis Lake at Rogers Lakewood Park is one of the top shore fishing spots in Northwest Indiana. Stocked with walleye, the lake offers excellent fishing opportunities year-round. Anglers can take advantage of several fishing piers along the shore, as well as a convenient boat ramp for those heading out on the water.

Friends of Fishing

Friends of Fishing is a local club dedicated to promoting fishing and expanding opportunities for anglers of all ages. The club hosts events, fosters community engagement, and encourages interest in the sport.

Want to get involved? The club gathers every 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Rogers Lakewood Program Center.
