Valpo For All Generations

Beyond providing public safety, infrastructure and utilities to our community, for a long time Valparaiso has looked to add MORE. Beyond the typical services, Valpo is committed to creating a VIBRANT community. An extraordinary QUALITY of LIFE. And PARKS are a cornerstone of that vibrancy; a huge part of what makes Valparaiso special.

"Parks define us. Gather us together. Encourage wellness. Promote family values. And foster the environment. A strong parks network demonstrates our shared priorities for people and places. As a City, Valparaiso has long embraced its parks."

-Mayor Matt Murphy

Valpo Parks is happy to kick off a bright new plan to enhance parks across all generations. We’re calling this initiative Valpo for All Generations. The idea is to serve residents and visitors of all ages – for this generation and those who come after us.
