Santa and Sirens Toy Drive

With the help of our friends at Valparaiso Fire Department, Valparaiso Police Department and the Porter County Sheriff, we are excited to once again host the Santa and Sirens Toy Drive! This event is a stationary display of emergency vehicles that you and your family can drive through and enjoy, with Big Santa greeting you as you enter Foundation Meadows Park. Be on the lookout for added lights, treats, and fun this year!

New, unwrapped toys will be accepted on behalf of Toys for Tots. The Dunes Leathernecks Marine Corp League will be present to accept donations safely, so there is no need to exit your vehicle. We look forward to helping fulfill the holiday wishes of children within our community!

If you are unable to attend the event, Valpo Parks will be accepting Toys for Tots donations Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm through December 17th. A box will be located outside the office for safe drop-off of new, unwrapped toy donations.

Toys for Tots

The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

The primary goal of Toy for Tots is to delivery, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
