X-Your-Size Fitness Program

The program will consist of warm up, high intensity interval training with intervals and resistance training followed by lengthening and stretching of the core and ending with a cool down. Classes held by A.A.F.A. Certified Personal Trainer Kelly Burns.

​Class will include:  Speed Training, Yoga, Walking, Resistance Training, Pilates, and Valpo Parks Life Trails System

    I.   April 2 - April 30
    II.  May 7 - June 4
    III. June 11 - July 9
    IV. July 16 - August 13
    V.  August 27  September 24
    VI. October 1 - November 5
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
$75 for unlimited classes for each session
              **When you register for any two sessions at once, you get a third session for only $50, save $25!

 *Inclement weather locations: a.m. classes at the Banta Activity Center and p.m. classes inside Butterfield Family Pavilion.
