The program will consist of warm up, high intensity interval training with intervals and resistance training followed by lengthening and stretching of the core and ending with a cool down. Classes held by A.A.F.A. Certified Personal Trainer Kelly Burns. Class will include: Speed Training, Yoga, Walking, Resistance Training, Pilates, and Valpo Parks Life Trails System
